While adjusting the headlights, I spotted a crack in a small piece that holds onto the corner markers. I'm currently using the OE corners and it doesn't look like it makes much difference, but I do plan to get some after market corners and was wondering if that piece broke off, would it make any difference?

Thinking of getting some crazy glue and making the piece more secure.

Hopefully this makes sense.

Definitely glue it back before it gets worse, as if it does eventually fully break off, it can take your corner light and bulb/bulb socket with it.

Thank you for the quick response.

I will put some super glue on to secure the piece. As I just got these headlights 5 days ago, it could be a sign of manufacture defects. Do you think the retailer will cover them under warranty?

I really don't know, to be honest. You'd have to contact the retailer you bought them from regarding replacing the light. I would think they would replace it though since you didn't cause the damage.
