Anyone using one of these HU's?

It looks very appealing, besides having only 2V preouts. This can actually be improved to 4V with an external processor.

Price isn't awful either.

Should match stock lighting well:

Lack of CD player is a non issue, my music is high bitrate MP3.

Anyone with pics, opinions, etc.? I've only had a chance to toy with the blue color, with shitty speakers, and not in a BMW (for matching purposes). The iPod integration is awesome, however.

I just bought the 200 series but it's still sitting in it's box in my living room. Should be in this weekend. Looks to be a god improvement over the x001 series and all the annoying stuff Alpine fixed.

just installed one in my MINI. pretty awesome headunit! Amber in mini is same as in the bmw, so you can see the lighting. It matches closer in this picture than it actually does in life, but it's still fairly close. I'm happy with it, at any rate. The quality of the ipod is amazing, quick quick quick, easy to use. I installed it on friday when i picked up my MINI in california and used it for the 2000 mile drive back (made a few detours)
