Having an issue with the rear head rest. When I purchase the car I notice that one of the rear head rest was down and the other was up slightly. Assuming that they are adjustable, so no big deal at the time. I have tried to bring the head rest down since, but with no success. Is there any trick of getting this head rest to go up or down or even to take it off?

Mine were a pain to get off... pretty much what i did is grasp each metal bar as much as i could and pulled really hard... also to get them back in i had to make sure the bars were goin in the right way since they come out of the headrest itself and swivel... then just gave in a good whack and they went back in... hope this helps, if not i would guys that something is bent inside of the mechanism that holds the bars in..
