I can think of some others that share the same fondness of blinky lights

lol, those dub rims are horrible. an accident waiting to happen. Someone would play some porn on the wheels while driving down the highway and every male that passed would wind up in a tree.

:lol:lol

however i do think they are cool from a technical point of view not really a car point of view. i would never put those on my car unless i already had a bad car

I'd go with gunmetal with a polished lip.

If you think about what's actually going on with that wheel, it is pretty awesome. It is totally ghetto fabulous (in a bad way) on anything that moves though.

I just voted for silver. I owned a RWD 85 Celica GTS that was black/grey, for several years. I found some 14x6 Enkei's for it and painted the centers black. I had it that way for only about a year, when I changed to the silver painted center. I REALLY loved that look! :D

From what I understand, they use the rotation of the wheel and the magnetic field formed therein to charge the batteries in the wheels. That's pretty neat - though I guess it is sort of a bare essential for those things, it's not like you can plug them in or anything. Another cool thing is how they all communicate via bluetooth so you can update them from a computer in the car while it's moving!

But yeah - totally gross if someone actually puts them on their car. Especially at $12k each.

They use WiFi to connect to a laptop so you can edit the picture. Oh how I would love to ride next to one and gain access and change what their wheels say.

Dark silver or gun metal. But I would rather forget about painting the wheel and go ahead and change the wheel though because 13" is too small.

Your car looks nice, man. I like the black window trims.

What other practical uses do those serve? Hell yes I would show porn on them. No I wouldn't, I wouldn't own them in the first place.

I think there about 30k for a set of 24"

I hope every car to ever run them gets immediately impounded. They are of course illegal. And it seems reasonable (if not a little judgmental) that anyone willing to sport those might have some other illegal things as well.
They make some for bicycle wheels for about 1/10,000th of the cost, if any of you want to install them. You can't change the image while en route though.
