Its depends on the percent of the tint. But here in Florida they really don't mess with you.

In Florida, they dont really mess with you unless you got pulled over for speeding and if its near the end of the month, they will try to find other infractions (such as "too dark tint") to give you a ticket for.

I've seen a crazy amount of people (idiots) who tint all their windows and rear and front windsheild completely black with 20% tint. lol so if you get like around 40%, your safe.

My friend has 15 all around and something like 25 on his front. No tickets, and he drives a M3.
