I'd personally look into replacing it with another XBD1A unit. You know it will bolt right in and fit fine. Get it back up and running asap.

DHL is just as bad. I got a notice to sign a shipment, called DHL, and they were trying to deliver me someone else's stuff. Figured that was the end of it. They have tried to now at least 3 more times after my call to deliver the stuff to the wrong address.
