Call them, PM/email would work but it isn't the quickest way to reach them. They are very helpful over the phone. Ask for Jim if you want to talk to him, he's usually there. If you really want to PM them, I think their username for PM'ing is APXDDM.

yeah - spoke to a few guys from ddm and they were all cool...especially paul. i called him about half a dozen times and he even stayed with me on the phone and walked me thru my intall for probably close to an hour or so. cool dude.
