The new BMW X6 has some cool new gadgets. Sure would be a cool mod for my Touring???

:confused

I can't say I've ever had the problem of anything relieving itself on my car, other than birds and bugs. So I would consider it a waste of time, money, amps, and headaches when it breaks. It looks like you'd need to install a lot more than just some wires attached to the wheels. Regenerative braking is cool and all, but somehow I doubt it's a feasible DIY.

Plus, what would be a "relatively painless" shock to a medium-sized dog might not be a deterrent at all for a big one, or could hurt a small one. And what happens if you drive into a puddle?

Just having some April Fools fun!!!!

BMW's ad company does an April Fools prank every year, pretty funny.

I love the R.I.P. technology!!!

That would be about the fourth April Fools' joke I fell for. I think I need a vacation - a nice road trip through back highways in Nevada would do it. Now if only I could get a sunroof that closes...
