OK - I know I've tried to sell my car a few times but was too anal on the price since I wasn't in a rush to sell. However, I've recently found a car that I really want to purchase and it's either sell the car or the bike. Decided to sell the car. :)
I'm asking $4000.
Car is located anywhere between Albany, New York and Long Island, New York.
Feel free to bring a mechanic along. Also, I'm definitely willing to deliver for the expense of gas, tolls, food and return fare. Willing to deliver up to 1000 miles.
Here's a basic rundown of my car:
1994 325is
Manual Transmission
Black/Black
Just hit 157,000
Aftermarket Modifications:
DEPO's with 4500k HID's (Factory light output).
Also the city light modification has been enabled (Amber)
Clear tails and smoked corners.
Dinan 413 Chip: Rated for increase of 18 hp and 22lbs of torque
35% tints in the front and 20% in the rear
BMW ///M3 (lights up) shift knob: Factory option on M3's
Short ram intake
Carbon fiber hood; not sure what the actual composition of it is, but it is very light.
Brembo Rotors matched with Axxis Pads
16" E46 325i rims wrapped with Fuzion HRI's
Viper HV250s alarm
I purchased the car at roughly 127k, and I still have the old maintenance records from the second owner. Also, I have a spare set of keys & alarm fob as well as the original owners manual. I am the third owner, the car is originally from California which means there is no rust on the chassis at all.
I drove 25,000 miles in one year. I commute from Albany, NY to Suffolk County, New York on a weekly basis. It is all highway miles and a 400 mile trip. (Round trip)
Replaced parts:
At roughly 127k:
Cabin air filter
Brake pads
Rotors
Brake pad sensors
Spark plugs
At 132k:
Waterpump (Upgraded to metal impeller)
Thermostat (Lower setting thermostat 27 degrees celcius)
At 139k:
Engine swap at A&M Motorwerkz (roughly 120k on new engine)
Fuel filter
Fuel pump
Guibo/Flex Disc
Exhaust Flange gaskets
New Spark plugs
152k:
New Radiator
New Belts
New Tensioner Pully
Compression tested January 5nd, 2007 (200 psi across all 6)
Now for the bad, this is every problem I know of:
Usual glovebox sag
Headliner is sagging a bit.
The clear coat on the carbon fiber hood could use a new finish; it has began to crack and haze.
Also, since the pictures, I've added a M3 bumper, and a dent (size of a fist) to my driver side fender.
