I have a 740i 2001 with navi and my cd player is not working. It shows the tracks and you can switch through the cd's but no sound comes out. I have a aftermarket cd changer with a blitz adapter and I was told I need to check my dsp. Anyone with simular problems or anyone who knows how to fix this please let me know thanks.

Did you ever get the aftermarket cd changer to play correctly or is this a random problem?
