I am buying a 93 M3 that comes with the regular 3 series old airbag steering wheel. My sister has an E35 316i 1995 with this steering wheel that looks way better. She has agreed on swapping as she is selling the car. The question is, will it fit?

Well its exactly the same as my 95 Euro M3, so there is a good chance.
The main thing to check would be that the connectors for the airbag are the same.

If you have the 4 spoke stock wheel then this will not be a straight fit. You need a part ( a plastic adapter ) from BMW to make it fit.

what you may need is the "slip," ring. check realoem.com for the part you will need.

Its not the slip ring it is another part that has to be fitted to the steering column,
I will try and find the #.
