I have a 1997 540i for sale. It has the dina stage 2 package on it. I know it includes cold air intake, throttle body, maf sensor, and the required computer upgrades. It also has the dinan stage 2 flywheel clutch kit, which i also have a brand new one in the box to go with it as well. Has magnaflow high flow cats, The rear end was upgraded to the dinan 3.15 ratio sport rear end. Has koni adjustable suspension. Breyton magic wheels 18". I also has almost all of the service record on the car. Clean title, never been wrecked or any major damage. It has been well maintained and is in excellent codition both mechanicaly and structuraly. I have rode in this beast of a car and I will say it is a steal at that price , it is imaculate , bump for an awsome car that if I had the cash I would definatly pick up.
