I read the entire DIY section on sunroofs but theirs nothing that addresses my particular problems. I have that god awful rattling when hitting bumps so I ordered clips for the trim panel. Hope that's all I need for that. The main outer panel works well for the most part, but I did notice that when fully closed the back droops a couple millimeters. It doesn't leak. Lift blocks maybe? The other issue is the air dam in the front. It doesn't drop down to clear the closing panel, you have to hold it down with your finger. I'm thinking the 2 arms that raise and lower it? I have a diagram of the whole assembly but since I'm waiting for parts in hand before taking it apart I'm not sure what else to order.

Ok well I got the new actuator arms for the air dam in front. Now the sunroof opens and closes perfectly without hitting the airdam. It even eliminated the rattling in the front. I still have a bunch of noise coming from the rear of the sunroof. I got some kind of repair kit from the dealer. The invoice says rails and they cost about $42. They're thin aluminum rails with a couple white plastic clips on each one and some felt pads. One rail is longer than the other.
