I searched but couldn't find any help regarding steering lock assembly replacement on a 93 E-36 318is. The key wouldn't turn off the car. Stalled it out and removed key lock. Found the pot metal lock tumbler piece from inside the aluminum housing sheared in half. Anybody out there ever replaced the steering lock assembly willing to share or know of a link to a DIY? I have the part, just not sure I want to tackle, with the air bag and all. Help!:help
