I had a kamikaze rabbit run out and headbut the side of my car....he got sucked in to the wheel (hit right in front of the drivers rear wheel) anyways i ended up with clumps of hair in the wheel and brakes all over the control arm and rabbit meat all over the muffler and back of the car.

I tried spraying it off at the car wash after i finished up at the shop but i think it baked on the muffler pretty good. I have washed the underside 3 times now and i still smell that stuff cooking when i drive it. I have used purple power and the pressure washer but its still there. I looked for bunny leftovers but cant find any......... it just stinks:help

If anyone wants a multi piece bunny i will sell it for the price of the dent to be pdr'ed out of my arch:mad

I hate those rabbits. They're so dodgy. At the local university, there are a million of them on the grounds and when I take my bus for a loop through, once in a while we'll see one that has been flattened to about 40 sq. ft. One little gal sitting behind me was very saddened when she saw that one. She asked her mother if it was dead. I jumped in and said 'No, no, no, sweetie pie, it's not dead. It's just resting.' I thought momma was going to wet herself.
Anyway, back on topic. To clean: Chianti with a side of fava beans.
Good luck, you've already tried my idea, purple stuff and a PW.

You think a rabbit is bad, try getting rid of deer innards. I did not hit it, but ran over a bunch of it when it "shot" out of the car in front of me. The only way to get rid of the burning smell was to scrape it off the exhaust with a scraper.

Run over some carrots, celery and onions-maybe it will smell more like stew and not smell so bad.

I hit a deer carcass last year, didn't realize how much meat was on the car until i stopped. My friends pit bull kept licking the blood from my wheels. Once the car was cooled off sufficiently, he eat all the bits from the bottom. I can't say its the best way, but it worked well enough for me. Hopefully you can find a dog smart enough to keep away from the poisonous bits and gentle enough not to eat your exhaust pipes.

best of luck

Its starting to go away...$50+ at the car wash and the smell is only there after long rips . My dog was more interested in chewing on the tires i had sitting in the garage then the rabbit bits.

my pup cause this thread is OT lol
