This is ONLY a feeler thread to see who would be interested in this. I'm a security guard at the Westfield Shopping Center in Arcadia, Ca. I was wondering if you guys would be down for a meet here...?

We have a HUGE 4 story parking structure along with a grip of parking spaces. It'd be later at night once the mall is closed (9pm so we'd start around 930-1000). and go for a while.

Like i said this is JUST a feeler, if I can get enough people who are interested I'll go talk to my boss and see if I can get it cleared. Chances are I can but I'm looking to get this thing goin with decent size. I'm posting this same thread on the other forums as well...

Looking for this to happen around Mid April-Mid May

This is for E30's and if you guys want, all other BMW's as well (as long as we keep it euro right? lol)

if we do i can get it, i'm a security guard there. my boss along with the mall management are the ones that ok and verify the permits, so it shouldn't be a problem... i'll talk to him later tonight about it.

it'd be going down as soon as we can get enough people together, if i can get 15 people or more we'll plan it out... if we exceed 50 i'll get the permit, i've already talked to my boss he's cool with it if it's a small meet, no permit needed, but it NEEDS to be of smaller size, not messing around. Just a chill meet up, check out the rides and what not...

we should do a caravan from (for bimmerfest) the pasadena area (i'm in la crescenta)

there is already a meet in arcadia on friday night so why not just go to that meet instead of creating a new one? theres more info in the san gabriel valley meet thread.

good luck w/parking there bud. I would avoid that mall at all cost. Its too crowded.
