Place a sheet of metal in the hole, contour it to the door lines. Weld it on. sand on the welds and paint/clearcoat. I just hope I can get it done to just that area instead on having to paint the whole door. Anyway it is on Rt. 41 about 2 miles past Knauz BMW on the left you will see a turn in across the hwy. Just before the stop light.
