Right now I've been using Meguiars Clay that you buy at Autozone/Pep Boys. However I really am not satisfied as the results.......It still leaves contaiminates that I can see when I am polishing. So the question is. Which clay do you professional guys reccomend?
Ive been looking, and there is Pinnacle, Wolfgang, 3M........I still have to clue
Any suggestions?

The first time I clayed I used the mother's kit from wal-mart. I accepted the results and moved on. Lately, I got the Wolfgang clay kit from AG and have been infinitely impressed with it. The clay is much stiffer and stickier therefore making it more effective. Also, the lubricant it came with was really good and it smelled good too. Wolfgang has my vote - it is also slightly cheaper than some of the other higher quality kits out there.

I've used mothers, meguiars, and pinnacle. I prefer the pinnacle to the others.

I've tried the meguiar's brand the paint looked good, and felt glass smooth, but I think I will try this next. Griot's Garage Clay (http://www.griotsgarage.com/product/car+care/car+polishing/paint+cleaning+clay/paint+cleaning+clay.do)

I've used mother's kit on mine, not an BMW M3 but it did its job, my car was never waxed or clay bar for 7 years, its only been washed....bunch of build up and junk.
Used mother's clay bar kit, made my cars paint feel like glass smooth.
