are these parts brand new?

All parts are used and in perfect working condition. Rotors and pads have less the 3000 miles on them. Rotor were bought frm Bimmerworld and the pads are Performance Friction Z rated. Not cheap stuff.

ok, shipping through UPS is $55 to 68521, not bad for a package weighing 95lb, + a $12 dollar Wallmart Container. for a totall of $267 shipped to your door step.
