Many of you know I have been fairly active out here. It all started when acquiring my 88 M6 from its original owner in Virginia off the Bay in July of 07. She is dent, ding and scratch free and has less than 100,000 miles. Her leakdown test show all cylinders below 6 percent. PO was a retired hand surgeon who had the cash, and love of BMW cars, and motorcyles (had 3) to spare no expense in keeping her just perfect (other than her spending some time in the sun over 19 years). Finally, a few pics. Although technically proficient with BMW's, kinda weak when it comes to taking and uploading pictures. But, here's a start. If they upload, you'll also see pics of my restored Lotus White interior, including a before and after comparison of the leather on the drivers seat, which actually doesn't do the new interior justice. Was really a wonderful and very fulfilling winter project.

Hey Jeff! The car looks great! Did you swap the interior before or after the second to last meet at Colt State Park (the last one I went to)? Your garage is almost bigger than my house!

Just did it...it was after the Fall meet. I went w/o a garage in my first two houses, and hence no real cars. When it was time to build garages and suite above I went with this design, no one from street can tell it is what it is, 22 by 40. A neighbor wants first dibs for when his wife eventually throws him out - he doesn't think he could rent anything better...and knows he could eat off the floor. Heat and hot and cold water as well.
