I was wondering if these would fit my 633csi, mine are old and this seems a good price and slight upgrade(or downgrade?).

No on the injectors unless you update to the next motronic as was used on the 635 with the 059 DME
How well do you understand turbo systems? Yes, these parts will work but you will need a lot more that just a few parts. I would suggest buying a complete kit or a complete working motor. Generally, there is a reason that someone decided not to use the parts and decided to sell them on ebay and that is usually the hidden cost and extra parts needed to make the system reliable.

I have zero experience with turbos but my dad(30+ years of bodywork/painting/everything else) would help me and im sure we could figure it out. How much is involed in updating to the next motronic i am getting a 635 parts car with the engine and all that uses the new motronic? The engine has 500k so no on an engine swap unless i rebuild it just wondering if i could upgrade the motronic though?

I figured an '83 633 would use similar injectors as the 635.
Do they have a different Bosch connector on them or something?
I managed to swap in late 90's M3/328 injectors into my 635 w/out any issues.

Connectors are the same but so are the ones on my 650HP BB Chevys. The early motronic injectors might interchange with the M6 but not with the 635. Just because a part will swap and maybe work, does not mean it is right or cause problems later.
With that said, if you want to buy a set of the Bosch/Ford 4 pintle 19# injectors, I have a few sets for sale. These are a common upgrade for the M30 engines from 85 on that use the 059 motronic unit.

The early injectors are a different impedance then the later one's, put the wrong one's in and it will damage the ECU.
