There are so many highlighting colors -- does anyone know what's new in today's version?

I know in the v13.3 version, turquoise was the color for the latest changes. Haven't looked at v13.3.1 yet.

And I haven't received an email yet; it usually mentions what has changed.

No huge numbers on hoods of cars allowed was just added. :D

I think turqoise is new stuff. The 'randy rule' was turqoise anyway.

It gets smaller this weekend. But not on the sides!

Some things I noticed:
Pg 40: A bolt in or welded in rear shock tower brace is permitted.
Pg 42: Steering column may be mounted to the optional roll cage front cross bar (A to B as indicated on the Roll Cage Diagram), if installed.

3 Typos that shouldn't have taken things away.

Rear brace in stock allowed again if bolt in (it was illegal for 1.5 days due to a typo).
Something in the Appeals Process. Don't remember - it was small.
Something in the National Challenge Race and points calculations - you can earn points for both races but not for same class in both races - or something like that.

It wasn't major, just a bad slip of the keyboard. The new version corrects those.
