I am looking into shaving some weight off my car via racing seats. I also plan to start visiting the track (summit point is the closest one) a few times a year.

What do you guys/gals recommend for a car that is used as a DD and an occasional track car? Im a pretty small guy 5'9 150lbs so there are no size restrictions. The car is gutted behind the front seats so access to the rear is not really a concern.

If you're gonna daily it, get some nice Sparcos or Recaros - pretty cheap and comfortable too.

Otherwise, get some Kirkey or Ultrashield seats

I would suggest sitting in some seats to see what you prefer, esp if it is also a daily driver.

I would suggest going to an event and sitting in a bunch of peoples cars. Some will say for a street car without a cage/rollbar you should not get a fixed back seat. Its all personal preference and budget...
