Cost me $87 is that average price of getting an Oil change for 98 M3. Is there any other place cheaper then that. I think that Sears might be a little high, but $35-39 is dirt cheap. The receipt says "BMW Oil Service: Labor - $66.50, Parts - $40.41". Ay Caramba! Here is the breakdown: "Customer requests BMW oil service. Performed BMW oil service including the following services: Reset maint. light Check fluid levels of coolant reservoir, brake master cylinder, power steering and transmission. Add fluid as required. Inspect drive belts Change engine oil Replace engine oil filter Car wash and vacuum" The oil was the cheapest part at only $3.80 a quart! Ever since paying $106.91 for an oil change I change it myself with Mobil 1. You can get it for around $5 a quart or less at Wal-Mart.
