Will stock 18" mags from a 2003 M3 be a direct bolt on to a 2000 328i (sports pack) without spacers?

Also, will the following tire sizes rub if installed on a 328i?
225/45 ZR 18 for FRONT
255/40 ZR 18 for BACK

The rear offset is too low. Without rolling fenders and running stretched tires they will rub.
