SA E30

Does anyone have a technical drawing of the Mounting Block for the Front Control arms, for an e30. (where the back of the arm would mount into the eyeball, but with provision for the Rose joint instead)
I'm looking at getting some made, but can't really get measurements off the car as it doesn't have any front suspesion in it.
Before someone tells me 2 go buy them, I have access to a machine shop, so it's cheaper to make them up on my own.
Hope I'm making sense, here...
Thanks

What exactly are you looking to make? Are you looking to replace the actual lollipop (i.e. the bushing holder, #7 in the drawing below)? Or are you just looking to make a bearing cup with bearing to insert into the lollipop?
Edit: I'm not familiar with the term rose joint, but I see some internet references to rod ends. Are you looking to create a block that a rod end will thread into to act as the bearing rather than to insert a bearing cup into the stock bushing holder? If you can't get the measurement from someone here, you should be able to find the part to measure for yourself at a junkyard.

I'll just throw this out there,,, the only guys who have those parts I know of have pretty developed e30s.
Those people either made or purchased those parts at considerable expense in either money or time.
I "really" doubt they will just "post up" the technical drawings of those parts.
Just my $.02

A "Rose joint" in British English is what's referred to as a either a Heim joint or a spherical rod end in the USA.
Just doing my bit for transatlantic (including South Atlantic in this case) harmony...

You don't need suspension on the car, just measure off the old lolipop brackets. :)
