Hi I'm Soey. A friend was helping me post this thread but I decided to do it myself.
In January the timing belt snapped and bent a valve. My mechanic replaced the engine head with a clean new one, along with new belts, gaskets, and a half a dozen other parts for which I have all the receipts. It now runs soundly and at full capacity.

8/6/07- Smog Check
8/20/07-Idle Control Valve
1/30/08-Replaced head
-Changed oil/oil filter
3/27/08-changed AC Compressor belt; lower water hose.

Very clean body. Never been in an accident or been hit. No dents. Original Paint. I'll put up more pictures when I figure out how to post the Carfax. Can anyone help me with this?

No, your eyes are not deceiving you, it is running on chrome 15's. Probably cheapest set of BMW wheels you can get. My manager just purchased an E46 M3 at South Bay BMW and mentioned to their tech that his employee (me) blew the head in his old 5 Series. I brought him a clean head, and he did the job for $800. My plan was to save up a little more to buy some decent wheels and work on my suspension, but I wasnt expecting the timing belt to go on me.
Are you interested?
