I have a 740I project that is almost finished. New engine transmission and I thought rear suspension. Turns out the 740IL is a different then 740I model and now I have a decision to make on what to do. Looking on ebay the shocks selling there say that IL and 740I models are the same. Does anyone know if I can use the brake parts differential shocks and springs? These parts have less then 200 miles on them and are like new. I would like to take advantage of exchanging them out if I can. If not is there anyone out there with the IL model that is interested in a complete rear suspension?
