If I Installed After Market Wheels On A 2008 528xi Do I Have To Install Tire Pressure Monitors In The Valve Stems. If I Dont Does The Car Give A Warning Or Does A Light Stay On All The Time. Any Help Would Be Great.

If the sensors aren't there you will get the warning. You can swap the sensors to the new wheels or do like me and purchase another set leaving the original wheels intact. They run about $200 from The Tire Rack. GH
