I am getting random Peake codes and CEL ranging from O2 sensors being out of range, O2 bad ground, and now cylinders 2, 3, 4 misfires.

-O2 sensors are less than 10K old and connections have been verified many times over
-Coils, boots, and plugs are less than 20K
-ICV was just replaced
-Cleaned MAF
