I have a pair of urethane motor mounts I bought new from Chuck Taylor (a Spec E30 racer) at Factory 3 Performance. They do an awesome job of holding the engine solidly in place and they were a very easy install, but since my car is not going to be seeing the track as much as I planned I put new rubber mounts back in. They were only in the car for a couple hundred miles. I recommend taking a look at your old rubber mounts, I was surprised how much my old ones were worn.
