I am selling my 1989 325i. I imported the car from Japan in August 2006 (hence the low kms). It has been stored for both the winters it has been in Canada.
The Good:
Only 87 000kms (55 000 miles)
Recent work (Since Fall 2006) includes new battery, new brakes pads and rotors on all four, new fuel pump, new thermostat, new stereo and speakers.
Timing belt changed at 60 000kms
Some tasteful modifications such as the lowering, M-tech body kit, and 17" rims
The Bad:
Really not much, the front springs are sagging, no structural damage, they just need to be replaced due to age. I can have this done and add the cost to the selling price or sell it in its current condition with the advice they get changed soon.
It always turns heads and is in amazing shape for the year. I pretty much babied it the whole time I have had it. I am selling it because I got married in the fall and we are looking at buying a house.

I'm asking for $8000 Canadian plus the cost of the shocks if that is needed before sale.
