Had a fog light fall out last night and was dangling in the wind so ima need to replace both. Best place to get a sensibly price good set?

Ive heard good things and bad things about the ones at DDMTUNING.com?

Unless anyone has a nice clean set of fogs? ?

I'm gonna grab a pair of ZKW fogs soon. :) I've ordered parts via KO Performance before and their shipping was quick and the business was overall legit.

Also interested in this...I've been through 3 sets in the past 2 years. Kind of getting sick of replacing them, but THIS time I'll put the 3M guards on right away, instead of waiting a few weeks (cracked a new pair in less than week).

I bought a set of fogs from DDMTUNING a couple weeks ago. Their garbage, trust me. Get ZKW or Hellas.

What could possibly be so bad about them to call them garbage?

I bought a set of the Ebay $50 crystal clear ones and was super satisfied with them. Great fitment, decent quality and excellent output.

I threw some Nokya 2500K Hyper Yellows in there and loved how it looked.

I reccomend that route.

Well, these were the ones they had up for $45 + shipping.

http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=936032

Issues I had were:

1. Lense on both weren't sealed all the way. One lense was warped and had a gap between housing and lense.

2. The metal connectors on the fogs pushed through when plugging them in.

3. After running them for a week I found that the metal cutoff things inside both lights came loose and were dangling inside the housing.

4. Found the housings starting to melt by the bulbs. I'm running Silver Stars. Maybe too hot?

Maybe I just got a bad set, dunno. You get what you pay for I guess.

Melt? The ones I had were made of glass...

Unless you're talking about the housing. I dunno, I sold my car less than a month after I installed the lights so I can't comment on their longevity, but when I drive I ALWAYS drive with the foglights on even in the daytime (sort of like DTRL's). Just my style... Either way, my point is that every time I drove, I drove with the lights on and they were fantastic with zero issues whatsoever. Bright as all hell!! People knock on Ebay stuff, but so far everything I've bought from Ebay has served me great... Luck?
