View Full Version : Newbie here BMWbeauty0531 03-16-2008, 03:54 PM I just purchased my 2002 530i last night, traded in 06 WRX. Black exterior, black interior w/pictures to follow. Looking for suggestions on what to do & was wondering how many quarts of oil she takes. I have the BMW approved list just don't know how many quarts to buy & need to do oil change today. Thanks Guys & Gals looking forward to chats & gatherings at some point. n00bjabi 03-16-2008, 03:57 PM Most BMW sixes take 6 to 7 quarts IIRC, buy 7, put 6 in, fill the filter and check the stick, add quarts as needed.
