View Full Version : Found the Most BADASS Vehicle on the Planet Earth
otgixxer 03-16-2008, 02:24 PM Let me set the mood for you.
I was in Canada on Business. Lost, I couldnt find my way. Searching frantically for the Lumber Mill I was to take a tour of, I found myself on King George Hwy. Driving down a hill towards the water I spot off to my right side something different, something fantastic.
Instantly I slam on the brakes, pull to the shoulder and look for a place to turn around. There isn't a way!?!?! What to do, I throw my Truck in reverse and back up the shoulder. There I sat for a minute or two infront of a large sign. "PAK CAN MOTORS". Now normally I would make some sort of Paki joke and be on with my afternoon, but not today!
BEHOLD!

n00bjabi 03-16-2008, 02:35 PM Love the R32's and the Minivan lol, but I have to disagree with you on the badassness of the vehicle. I understand it's great, 4 by with turbo, but the Nissan Patrol does all of that with a bit more style & finesse...
And by style & finesse I mean all 4 wheels burning out at 100km/h lol - see vids below:
Patrol vs Murcielago (patrol wins, of course):

Vs SLR Mclaren (guess who wins lol):

Just go on youtube and search for nissan patrol, hundreds of videos of these things.
Let's be fair and call it a tie for 1st place between the Patrol and this "Delica" you've stumbled upon lol. Good find! Nice pics!
NollieStylz 03-16-2008, 04:31 PM Well did you friggin' buy it or what?

H2oiamwater 03-16-2008, 05:46 PM Id be shift about the r32s....been hearing a lot about people doing conversions and selling them as r32s...
XCELMotorsports 03-16-2008, 05:56 PM Theres actually alot of legally registered R32s in canada. Its a great car and all, but i think theres too much hype around it. There are TONS of importing shops in canada that do import crazy stuff.
Terra2imports.ca is one i look though alot, they have some nice cars ect, and the shop owner is also the admin of NorthWestNissans.com so theres alot of history there.
And what do you mean people doing conversions on r32s? Engine swaps?
H2oiamwater 03-16-2008, 06:10 PM Im not to knowledgable on the topic.
I HAVE HEARD....
That some people take 240s or what ever the car is thats similar...get a skyline body kit, and convert it to a right hand drive then sell it for a skyline. Me and a buddy saw a couple on CL that were rediculously cheap for what they were.
I dont know how you would do that with the whole title stuff but just HEARD thats what people do.
Im not saying those arnt legit. Im just passing on some information I have heard so Just make sure there priced accordingly or do your research.

Kinda how in our scene someone would take a 3-series or 5-series for example and "convert" it to an ///M? It's not unheard of.

Just don't badge it as an M, I'm all for the bumpers etc, but when you're advertising that it's something it's not, that's failure.
XCELMotorsports 03-16-2008, 07:16 PM Yeah, there are kits ect out there and its insanely easy how you can swap parts over from a skyline to a 240sx and make it look almost like a R32, with some custom work of course. Theres a 240 some where on the net rockin a full conversion kit, but if your a nissan head, you can tell instantly if its a 240 with a conversion or a fully legit skyline.
And they are cheap, normally a GTS-T can go for 7gs CDN lowest due to most of these cars are pretty old, and track abused. But in the US they can go for 10gs+ USD.
As of now, R32s are legal to import to the US. Something about once a car that was illegal to import, reaches its age of 13 years (something around that) it would not need to pass inspections and specs. Dont know exactly what, but im no importer haha. So expect to see them pop up more, and R33s will start to slowly rise aswell.

Yeah, ///M is staying off anything I own without an M engine lol.
325tii looks good though ;D

100% wrong.
MooneyDriver 03-17-2008, 03:13 PM As I was told also, cant bring them to the US. The ones that are here, are done in a shady way, (vin messing around and whatever else they do)
Right across the sumas border, my buddy works at the skyline shop, last time there I counted 13 (about a month ago). They are neat little cars. He was doing one up for SEMA. That shop imports them, rebuildes them, and sells them with a warranty, they also do a 4 door car of some sort, cant remember the name, but its kinda neat looking. Id be temped, but the wheel is on the wrong side.
H2oiamwater 03-17-2008, 04:17 PM Most of the ones i know are imported through the navy? hows that work? just curous
MooneyDriver 03-17-2008, 04:21 PM Age of the vehicle does have a play in it, but these are being imported to canada, different rules aparently. Either way, any given time there is 10-15 of them there, normals, and R's.
