Used. I removed the rotors with 20k miles and the pads were installed with 10k miles so they have 10k miles on the pads. They have never been "turned". I replaced these with some aftermarket slotted Centric rotors and new pads from Zeckhausen. These rotors and pads are good for several years of solid performance. When I removed them I made sure to mark the rotors and pads where they came off the car so you can place them on yours exactly the way they were on mine.

The rotors and pads are perfect. I wouldn't want to sell a set of used pads and rotors (for safety resons) if there was an existing problem and the miles on these are within a couple hundred miles as stated. Prefer local Atlanta area pick. $200 shipped or $150 picked up for 4 rotors and all the pads.
