The title describes exactly what we want... pictures of BMW's from Milwaukee! We are looking to use these pictures for our company website, and ultimately our business cards! What better way to show "Milwaukee BMW"... than a BMW in Milwaukee!

Were looking for pictures of your ride somewhere recognizable of Milwaukee... 6th street bridges (would be amazing at night time!), Milwaukee Art Museum, ect...

Heres the details... the pictures need to be high resolution... must be very clear, clean car, preferably no traffic or pedestrians in the background... anything, get creative! Day or night time pictures will work... we will be taking a few of our own as well but well see how it turns it out! Any BMW is welcome! If you and some friends want to get together and have multiple BMW's in a shot thats fine too! We will show the final product of our business card when we pick one to use for it. Others will be displayed on our website.

Finer Details.... All pictures must be taken by YOU! We cant use pictures found on the internet due to permission issues of the actual taker... and please if pictures are being taken on open roads BE CAREFUL and BE SAFE... do not chance danger to quick snap a shop. if its to dangerous do not do it!

We hope to see some awesome pictures... pictures can be posted here in the forum, or email them over to us at contact@milwaukee-bmw.com

Thanks!

Like the E92 M3 on your site that looks eerily similar to the one on BMWs site?

Also, no other shop or tuner uses "BMW" in their name... there's a reason for that.

As soon as you open up shop and they hear of it, They are going to come down on you. They DO NOT like anyone using their name

not to mention your website is one dash away from BMWs official milwaukee area stealership website

on a more positive note, when are you planning on starting to do maintenance work?

Yes do not use Beamer or Beemer unless you are working on the bikes.

I caught myself right after i posted.. seeing this is the BIMMERforums.

I was thinkin Milwaukee Motorwerks or Brew City Bimmer. I almost like Milwaukee Motorwerks more.

Our shop is down on 4th and beacher, if you know where paul davis restoration is right off Hwy 43, then youll know where we are. We rent one of there garages. Got roughly 2200 sq ft of workable floor, then about 1400 sq ft of upper storage.

About $225 for labor. I figure 5 hours to do @ $45/hr.

If you wanna goto the dealership to get the parts yourself heres the part #s:

Timing Belt: 11311469240
Water pump: 11519071562

I would replace the timing belt tensioner as well. Might as well since ill already be in there and will quick put it in there for no extra charge.

timing belt and water pump? I threw a quick number out there... actual dealership book time was about 6 hours listed.

huh? for an experienced shop it could be less than that, if youre getting at that more time is needed.

We usually charge actual time taken once its done... I figure its better to quote a little higher and have it end up being cheaper when its done.

Also what kind of cert's do you guys have any refrences?

Unfortunately no certs.. i would love to take the BMW training classes but i think they might be a little pricey. I have been a professional mechanic for about 5-6 years now. I actually work full time as well as a diesel mechanic in Pewaukee and do my shop at nights and weekends, but would like to push for it to be full time. Been doing BMWs for about 2 years at my shop for friends and people they tell about it. Most of experience lays in E36's but is not limited too. I also have A LOT of experience in turbo charging and custom fabricating turbo setups, ill have pictures on the website when i got time to add them up there.
