I've got an e36 with all stock stereo system. Lately my FM reception has been kicking in and out....pretty randomly. AM still works fine.

Has anyone had this happen? Could it be just a loose wire somewhere? It's pretty annoying and I'd like to get in there and fix it. Let me know if anyone has ideas?? Thanks

Possibly. Check the driver side C pillar, all your antenna connections are here. Look for corrosion or bad connections.
