I don't think they look bad, but I also don't think they amazing. The size of them fits the car well, if they were smaller than what you had I think it would look goofy. But that's just me.

Well, for starters, who's going to answer if I call the phone # in the back window? Second, are those even multi-piece wheels, or are they fakes? I'm guessing fakes. I really hate it when I see extra nuts and bolts on wheels that just don't need to be there. I don't know if it's common knowledge or not, but I'm not exactly a wheel whore, so I'll give you an honest opinion: they look urban. Lived in Boston for a long time, and those are the types of wheels you see guys get when they get their first decent job (or sell drugs). Save up for a few weeks, buy a car. Save up again and buy wheels. Never spend a dime on the car again to keep it running, but the wheels are always clean.


In short, they're not classy wheels, they're flashy wheels, meant to show that you've made it one more step up the ladder in status.


Ditch 'em. And I mean that literally, throw them in a ditch.

They look very common, very 'rent a tire'... I've seen those same wheels (or another off-brand clone) on everything from escorts to minitrucks to suvs).

Honestly.. don't like them. Remind me of a run-of-the-mill Konig Monsoon type wheel that you see on every pimped out accord on the road. That being said... I wouldn't even have put those on my Acura TL...

Honestly ... they're not that bad ... I've seen a lot worse.

What I would do with them: get spacers (for the back at least), paint the centers nogaro silver, leave the lip polished ... they would look 20x better.

ditto. those are some nice rims, but not for an e34. maybe an american car or import tuner but these e34 are too classy to have those rims. it just throws off the balance. the rims scream "OMG BLING!" but the car says "im a fast classic luxury bmw model"

They'd come off immediately for me - I would donate blood and other bodily fluids to pay for replacements if money was a problem. Apologies for being blunt, but I'm not a fan of the wheels or the chromed door handles.

A perfect example of two things. Not caring about what people think about your car, and not asking others what they think of your car. FYI, I think 635s rock, but then I've seen the 666 car in person.

I only asked for opinions, these are not the wheels i would have chosen. The only reason im forcing myself to like them is becuase im gonna have to live with them for a while. Think of it this way, what would you rather replace first? 1) the wheels or, 2) the tie rod ends, struts, shocks and bushings?

I believe im making the proper decision by going for the tie rods ends and suspension components. Also, for the ppl who still insist on commenting on the chrome door handles, maybe you should read the whole post first. And a last thing, i am picking up the stock wheels for this car, so i might be able to restore this car to is former beauty.

RD wheels, not a big fan of them, i like the throwing stars, style 32's and the mp's

lol. tie rod ends are f****d, and the bushings seem pretty bad, any one have a picture of what the bushings look like when they absolutley have to go? Also. i think the thrust arm bushings are wore, slight vibration at around 50-60 mph.

the struts and shocks are just weak, not completey fuged yet

Well, if you don't replace the suspension parts, nobody will be able to see you driving around with those wheels :D

lol. well the problem here is, the guy who sold it to me said he can give me the origanl wheels, but they have bad tires. So instead of taking the origanals and putting tires on them, im just gonna save up, and pick up some nice wheels. Someone wanna photoshop ne some mp's?

Truly unbiased.... They just do not work with the car's classic look. Maybe on some every day junk import, but not the classic lines of an e34.

lower the car. it will look MUCH better.

personally, i don't like them. they don't compliment the car in anyway.

They look decent in the first picture but I really don't like them in the third picture. I dont like wheels where the spokes angle into the lip.

Don't even look at other wheels. Worry about fixing the car first. I see too many cars that look good in a junk yard because nobody maintains them. Wise up before something you cannot afford breaks.

I think wheels with straight lines and such in the design fit the E34 much better because the car has a boxy look to it.
