My car started sputtering at low idle recently. Nothing has been changed on the car in over a month. At that time I changed the oxygen sensor, but the car has been running fine since then. What could cause it to start this?:help

Check your air intake, your air filter and the pipes. Mine was block so bad at one point it choked the car to stall on idle.:buttrock
my car sputters too at idle, and i havent replaced the air filter since i got it (which was dirty when i got it, and still is dirty) so im thinking streak might be correct.

I made an observation this morning. The outside temperature was below 40 deg. F. All the mornings this week have been below 40. The car does not sputter at this time. By the time I get off from work the temperature is above 65. This is usually when the car sputters during low idle. Is this a coincidence or is there an assignable cause?:help
