Selling my ECIS CAI with heat shield, which has been on my '99 E36 M3 for the past few years. The filter was recently cleaned and re-oiled. Aside from some scratches to the heat shield it works perfectly.

Yes - 3" version and it includes everything to install it (basically a few nuts).
