I'm thinking of checking out a 540i6 at European Motorwerks in Edison, NJ, and was wondering if anyone knew anything about the place. It seems like the place has a good reputation and does a fair amount of work on BMWs.

Any ideas of a good place to do a PPI in Edison, NJ? As far as I can tell European Motorwerks would probably be the place to go; however, I would certainly prefer an independent opinion on the car.

they are good guys i bought 2 cars from them, and never had any problems...

I got a customers car here that he bought from them about a month ago. Turns out it needs a new cylinder head and gaskets from a previous hacked up job. Did they do it? I have no idea, but he bought it from them this way for sure.

I looked at a 328is there that was really clean, but never ended up getting it because I saved for an M3. The cars were in decent shape and the owner seemed pretty good. They had a bunch of nice cars in the shop they were working on. But like anything else you want it checked out by a 3rd party unless you know enough about it.
