here in europe vanos cost allot $. which is price for this unit in usa?
I really hate this vanos ratle. Especialy when engine is hot. with 5w50 oil and 15w50 oil sound is the same.

You are exactly right.

I don't think you will get a better price in the US unless the Vanos is the exact same as the S54. The S50 B32 was never sold in the US. Unless you are just shopping for parts as the dealers here can get it and with the weak dollar it may be beneficial (but shipping might kill you)...assuming you can install it.
