Damn, How could you get rid of that 190e? As much as I love BMW's, those 190e's have a soft spot in my heart.

BMW's are expensive drift cars man, Why change out from the 240 (which is perfect for drifting)?

Drift it if you know how to already and you won't mess it up, because repairing it will generally cost you a decent sum of money.

Otherwise, go for it :D

im sick of 240s everyone has one!
longer wheelbase is much funner to drift
Yea the 190 was awesome, i put tons of money into that and it still had a ways to go. Ill get another one when im more financially stable. It needed EFI and ITBs for me to be happy with it.

Yeah my uncle use to race The stocks on friday nights and the figure 8s on sat...i didnt know they did drifting now. Yeah dude when that happens let me know.

No offence but is it legit and worth the money or is it just gonna be a buncha kids powersliding out of control.

Its alot of fun if you know what your doing, and its only like $40 and as long as your battery is secure and nothing leaking anything will pass tech. you really need some kind of a LSD though.
Its been going on for about 2 years now theres some really consistent drivers out there now
but yea theres always a couple noobs understeering into the wall but thats funny as hell to watch hahaha

go find some snow, then some rain, then some dry if you're going to do it in a bmw...like I said, it's an expensive car to learn on.

i think so? what happened to it? pretty shaddy people i hate to say if they are your friends. i brought my car to them before there shop was even up and they continued to put cars in front of mine and it delayed my engine swap by 3 weeks and they still charged me full rate. let alone they have my SSK still. :nono

An E30 with the factory LSD is a good drift car to learn on if you want to learn on a BMW, otherwise you could pick up a cheap S13, FC, MK2 Supra, or any fairly well balanced car with IRS and a limited slip (or skip out on the LSD and just weld the diff), make sure you have an extra diff handy if the welds break because they'll eat up the teeth on the ring & pinion gears and most likely seize the whole unit.

if u weld it right your axles will break before the welds!

and about west werks.. theyre actually pretty good guys done alot of business with them never had any problems... maybe were talkin about a different shop. or maybe they developed drug problems and are pullin shady shit LOL

:rolleyes:rolleyes thing that pissed me off the most was that they kept giving me dates when it would be "done" but NEVER did they make that date. they kept putting cars infront of mine. and they charged me full rate! last time im going to them. lucky im not shitting on there business on all websites.
