Looks good if you like the color....first Mtech I have seen with comfort seats though...that is the only thing that I notice "out of place".....alot of miles but like you said it appears that it has been maintained well and price is definitely fair........

a friend works at bmw and he ran vin. lots of options including comfort seats, park control,hi-fi,shades...etc. also shows all the service and maintence up to 77800. all after that at a indy say current owner. as for the color....thats the best one!!

Seems like a great deal. I don't want to say what I paid for mine now. Quite a bit more.

i bought mine for 36k last dec 06 with 27k miles and 6 months left in the factory warranty...

seems like a good deal....

Thanks For The Input....just Alittle Scared About The Miles, however, My Indy Says To Not Worry About That.

I was considering that car once I expanded my search mainly because I strongly prefer the blue/tan combination, plus it's a 2003 with MTech sport package. But at 102k miles, I think he wanted at least 20K a month or so ago, so the price has come down enough that if the car is going to be a "weekend" car, I think you get a PPI from someone who knows BMW's, and go buy it if it checks out!

Comfort seats FTW! I would consider trading my black sport seats for like condition comfort seats. I think the car looks nice.

Picked mine up for the same price and milage back in 03/07. :redspot

My .02

I love the exterior not interior color. It looks very clean just need pictures of engine compartment. Have it checked out at a Indy shop or dealership which seems to be a common theme. Also, have them document what needs to be replaced.

he had an inspection last month when he bought it at a indy in nc. they said it needed power steering hose, mas air flow, and tires. the other owner didi all but tires, which it still needs. he also said he would put a new clutch it at no cost to me. it would not be a weekend car but a dailey driver.....however i only drive about 8k per year. ive thought of just buying a 97 with 69k and having some money leftover. i still need to sell my car first.!!
