Since none are available for the 840, and I believe that stands as well for 850, has anyone ever considered modifying an existing system for use in an 8?

if you mean install a CAI system the stock setup is as good as it gets for cooler/ramair effect........Faisal however has a modified setup of sorts if he feels like sharing...........
