Take a look at what I get to deal with this week:

Last night I get home after a recording gig with about 400 lbs of gear in my wife's Sedona. I hear a squeal/rumble on the drive home getting worse the closer I get to the house. So as I pull up in front of the house the squeal gets louder so I put it in reverse to take it around the block and listen to it some more when the back passenger wheel FALLS OFF! I'm so glad this happened in front of my house and not on the freeway!

The kicker is that this problem was supposedly addressed in a factory recall over 20k miles ago! Thanks a lot Kia! At least no one was hurt and the damn POS is still under warranty.

I knew I should have taken the E21...

Well When I was doing work in Homer, Alaska (at the end of the road, if you jumped on the highway in the florida keys and drove as far west as you could without getting on a boat, this is where the end of the road is) I rented a kia sportage, I got over to the site were I was working and the guy that worked at the place where my equipment was an old retired vet, and he siad "I could never drive anything who's name stands for killed in action" I laughed at the time and it turns out it's probably true with these. I wish my sister didn't drive a KIA, although she's proud to have been rear ended by a BMW and not had her car damaged while the Bimmer had to be towed away, I know she never took it any where to see how much damage that car took under all the plastic....

I'm glad your ok, sell that minivan right away and get a euro minivan lol.

Sorry about the bad luck with the KIA but atleast you are alrite.
It's not rite for a BMW minivan to exist. The only minivan that I would ever own would be a Dodge caravan out from the mid 80's. With this motor.

Nothing is cooler that beating up on gt mustangs in a minivan with the family in the back.

Thats why i would never buy one. looks like the drum has come off the brake, the end of the axle must have broke or something.

One i saw on youtube was a donk that was on a drag strip and when he took off the axle broke off at the diff and the wheel and half shaft went rolling down the strip!
