Tools:
Small Wrench
10m torx socket
1/4" socket
1/4" extension
8mm socket
Screwdriver

First remove bottom bolt/screws (may be different if someone has removed it before and used other type of bolt/screws)

(pics of screw on the bottom of the bumper close to the tires)

Second remove bottom rivets from the bottom splash guards, use a flat head.

Third remove 8mm bolts from splash guards (should be three) optional you dont have to, but its best if you remove the splash guard. If you decide to remove, make sure you dont rip the outside temp wires and unplug fog lights. (same for other side)

when you remove, make sure you un-clip it from the bottom (see below)

Forth remove the two large bolts under the bumper on top of the black grill. Use the small wrench, 1/4" extension, 1/4" socket, and a 10mm torx socket.

Tip if you the bolt doesnt come out, thats why you removed the splash guard. Reach you hand where you see the long bolt. Twist and push down.

Fifth grap bumper from the front. Should come right off. if not pull starting from the fender. Carefully, pull it out because it is attached to the reenforcement bar. (i didnt know and when i pulled it from the fender the bumper fell off hard)

should look like this (except the molding from the bottom of the headlights, i removed them just in case i had to.)
