Like the title says.....??

Personally I love snow. I was out in it today with the bimmer and then came home and got the Excursion to go out and play.

Don't think it's heading your way. It is moving north east. Maybe biggest blizzard we've seen since 78. Might see 15" by tomorrow.

I just got back from Tahoe, so this is mearly a flurry. It's funny that the whole city shuts down if we get more than 3" of snow. Out there, when they're expecting 12-18", the weather guys say, "It might be a little slick on your way to work tomorrow."

Welcome to Minnesota. Only our weather guys add in "Make sure you bundle up, it'll be -12 degrees for the commute."

Hilarious. You wouldn't know that there is a World outside of Cincinnati right now. The news goes like this this...weather report, Reporter in Loc. A, reporter in Loc. B, reporter in Loc. C....repeat.

On the plus side, I have come to realize how awesome my 4 Runner is in this stuff. I cant even get traction control to kick in.

Gonna post some pics soon. Well over 16" here. Lots of blowing and drifting. At one time had my wifes Jeep, my Excursion, and my Kubota with the plow stuck. I finally got the Excursion and Kubota out and just put it back in the garage. It's too deep and dense to plow.

Level 3 snow emergency here in Union County. Not allowed to be on the roads. Not that it matters as the neighborhood is unplowed and snow is at least 12 inches deep on the road.

Here's a couple pics. It's so hard to see the real depth because everything is white.

In the last pic you can see we got my wife's jeep stuck in the driveway. Look closely and you'll see my big german shepard at the rear wheel. You can barely see her because of the snow.
