Alright,

I've been a member for a while but I ended up havin to re-register cause my old e-mail address was terminated....

I had to replace the lower intake boot that branches off to the idle air control valve. The little one inch tube that branches off to the IACV dried out and cracked causing CE light. Problem is....
Now that I've changed the boot and re-assembled everything, unassembled, and re-re-assembled it. The car won't start. It turns over starts, then dies immediately after turning over. I borrowed my OBDII reader to a buddy and can't seem to figure out WTF is happening. All sensors are plugged in and triple checked. After the car turns over and dies, the car will no longer start unless it sits for 10 min. all it does is make a loud clicking noise like it wants to start really, really bad. Anyone have any ideas as where to check, or what's happening?

Thanks

Quadruple-check all the electrical connections - MAF, idle control valve, throttle actuator.. those are the three that you would have disconnected during this job.

After that, I would say a dead battery or failing alternator, unrelated to your intake repair.
